Founder
Ashwini Gulanikar started independent consulting in the retail sector in 2004. Over the last 17 years, she has helped small to mid-sized brands grow their business profitably by offering 360° consulting services covering retail strategy, sales, operations, analytics, and design.
Since 2016, her focus has further sharpened on the inventory management function aiming to solve the ‘increasing sales on a leaner inventory’ conundrum.
